The Business Plan describes a business in all its aspects. It tell you what
you expect from the business and what ways can be taken to achieve the
objectives.
The owners and managers of successful small and medium size companies, fix
realistics objectives and make a plan to achive then. Unfortunatelly most
don´t do that and start a business to see what happen and them, “will see
how to follow it”.
